Our Story
Mountain Ridge Healthcare is all about coming home. Many of our team members, including Dr. Chad Roberts, grew up in Utah but left for education or other training. While away, we missed the deep canyons of the red rock desert, the hikes in Utah’s National Parks, and, of course, the greatest snow on earth. Our team loves Utah’s unparalleled opportunity for outdoor adventure and its focus on family. We love the deep community roots that made Utah feel like home. We want to contribute to the place we love so much.
Our hope is that we can serve the people of Utah by providing personalized, high quality healthcare. Our focus is on taking the time to understand our patients’ concerns, struggles, and wellness goals. We want our patients to be healthy so they can enjoy whatever it is that they love most.
Mountain Ridge Healthcare started small: just a few home visits a month. It officially opened its Lehi location in the fall of 2023, less than 10 miles from where Dr. Chad Roberts graduated high school. Chad is happy to be home and to care for the people of his community. We love it here; we hope you do, too.
